Commissions done by me are not for resale. This includes using my works for NFT purposes.

You as my client have the rights to use the commissioned works for personal or commercial reasons. But as the artist, I have the copyright.

Any commissioned arts produced will be included in my portfolio. Please discuss with me if you wish to make the commissioned works private.

The watermark @escapismtrain should be retained. Credits should also be visible.

Do not claim the commissioned arts as your works.

Payment must be done via Paypal/Touch n Go and non refundable.

If you intend on using my works for commercial purpose (e.g. stream assets, assets used for self-promo/branding, etc), the price will be 2x of original base price.

If you wish to commission me for the purpose of merchandising (e.g. stickers, keychain, etc), the price will be 3x of original base price.

Down payment of 50% must be transferred after the initial sketch is approved (before I can start the commission).

You can ask for revisions after the down payment, but I will start charging for the third and next revisions which will be included in final price. This applies only for extra details not included in the reference.

After payment has been made, refund is not negotiable except for emergencies.

After the initial sketch is approved and down payment made, the commissioned art will take around days to four weeks depending on the type of commission. However as I am a full time university student, I will inform you beforehand if the work may take longer than expected.

In case of emergency, the commission may be delayed until the real life affairs are sorted. With discussion with you as the client, I may either prolong the comission progress or refund

I have the right to decline a commission for various reasons.

Please think carefully before commissioning me

I will keep my progress updated to you. DMs may be slow for I have priorities on top of doing commissions, but I won't ignore DMs.

For original characters, please provide references to make the process quicker on my end.

Finished commissions will be sent via e-mail to retain the quality. You as my client will receive three types of products (with background, without background and transparent background).
